The main reason why it took so long for Raysama to build the World Wonder and other World Wonder holders. He kept transferring the plans. He is going to wait for 12 hours to continue building. You know why, one of his attacker up above.
The last round, we only look if the attacker is from capital or non-capital village and if it is a cata attack from non-capital then we will move the plans. This time, we can store artefacts in the capital.

Raysama only got hit twice on wounder and did only go few lvl down. even as raysama was close to enemies... All who was flying got hit to 0 wounder ;)
Some did also loss there plan. rayasama did not cause plan was moved around, few minutes before attack hit a village...
Just before we started to fly and build last wounder we called for huge reinf and send plan to capital
The 12 hours rule was new and this is the reason for why end game was so long... But still moving plan around seems to be a good plan
