So, as I've mentioned in my other Travian 4 posts (and the images I've shown up here) there are items which you can equip to make your hero stronger or give a bonus to the troops he is travelling with. Heroes can use two sorts of items, Equipables and Comsumables, I've decided to split the article into two parts so it's easier to understand. I'd like to thank Holdwolf for being the first to post up a full list. I'm making a section for each type of item you can equip, in each of these sections you can only have 1 of these items equip at the same time.
Tier 1 items are the weakest set of items in the game but are available to be found from the beginning in most cases, as the game progresses Tier 2 items begin to be discovered followed later by Tier 3 Items. You'll found that there are a lot more Tier 1 items found then Tier 2 and again Tier 3 due to the fact that people are more likely to keep and use higher levelled items and less people will find them to start with.

It applies only to troops that accompany the hero
when does tier 2 and 3 items are going to show up on travian open beta?
Does the hero need to accompany raiding parties when he hold a bag or all raids from assigned village get bonus?
He has to accompanying the raiding party.
If you pick up a item eg: hammer of paladin, will the bonus apply to reinforcements in your village too? Hero is in village and item equipped
As far as I am aware the bonus does not apply to reinforcements in your village.
How does the Helm of Awareness work? It says it gives +15% more experience? Is this bonus applied to Adventures only, or also to attacks or raids on villages and oasises where the Hero has killed stuff?
The helmet of aware adds 15% more on very, attacks/raids/adventures/oasis as long as your hero is along with them.
Does the horn of the natarian affect the entire attacking party or just the strength of the hero?
